The sheet below has been sorted by "Round".
You can see the sheet is sorted, because of the grey coloring (can change this color in Setup).
You can see which direction (Up/Down) the sheet is sorted, by the arrow in the ROUND column Title cell.
You can tell which column the sheet is sorted on, as the ROUND column Title is colored grey.

Notice how easy it is to see where the sorted column value changes (at white/grey color change).
Great for picking up data entry errors.
Note also the 3 different colors for dates (past/present/future)

If you have sorted by more than 1 column, then an extra row will appear at the bottom of the sheet which indicates
- which columns have been sorted on,
- the order they were sorted in,
- whether each column was sorted ASCending/DESCending.
